Salary: £26.28 an hour

Shift: 4 on 4 off shifts including days and nights 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am

JDR is recruiting for a Engineering Team Leader to work in a manufacturing site in Bridgwater, Somerset.

Provide hands‑on leadership and coordination for the engineering team, with a strong focus on extrusion and thermoforming assets. The Team Leader works alongside technicians on shift, ensuring breakdowns are addressed quickly, preventative maintenance is completed, and documentation is disciplined and accurate. The role builds team capability, drives a solutions‑focused culture, and role‑models the behaviours, standards and leadership required for the next level, while remaining firmly on the shop floor and delivery focused.
