Role:
Erection Supervisors (Secondary steelwork erection, mechanical erection, piping erection) - Hinkley C power station project

Location:

Hinkley C site near Bridgwater, Somerset (4-5 days/week on site)

Salary: £50000 - £75000 + 10% pension and travel

June 2026 onwards

Our client, a prestigious, internationally renowned engineering consultancy, is looking for a skilled plant construction or industrial site operations professional with proven experience in the supervision of site logistics and/or material handling teams to work as Material Handling Supervisor in support of their client's delivery of their UK nuclear power station construction project.

This role will be associated with the delivery of the turbine buildings for the project.

Candidates should possess knowledge of different types of materials and proper handling methods to support construction and commissioning activities.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Supervision of material handling and laydown area activities;
• Implementation of material movement procedures;
• Coordination with internal and external partners;
• Operational reporting to the Material Handling Manager.
