Job Description You will lead electrical utilities engineering activities supporting a major nuclear construction programme.

The role combines technical leadership, contractor management and electrical infrastructure assurance.

Lead delivery of electrical utilities support across major construction activities  Review electrical designs ensuring compliance with project and industry standards  Ensure statutory, regulatory and site electrical compliance requirements are achieved  Manage relationships with service partners promoting collaborative project delivery  Develop plans supporting reliable electrical service delivery across the project  Monitor contractor competence and escalate capability gaps where required  Support procurement activities through technical specifications and design reviews  Drive early intervention to resolve issues affecting operational service delivery  Oversee HV and LV electrical infrastructure performance and safety compliance  Champion continuous improvement across electrical engineering and contractor performance## My profile

Degree qualified or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering discipline  Strong experience managing HV and LV electrical systems and infrastructure  Knowledge of electrical switching, isolation procedures and safety rules  Understanding of Electricity at Work Regulations and BS 7671 standards  Experience delivering engineering services on large-scale infrastructure projects  Background working within high-security or highly regulated environments  Leadership experience managing service delivery and contractor performance  Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams  Experience developing budgets and managing operational performance desirable  IOSH accreditation and Behavioural Safety Programme certification advantageous
