Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Permanent – Somerset area

4 ON 4 OFF shift schedule, designed to assist with relocation.

• Service, adjust and repair machinery and equipment using required tools, ensuring safety.
• Examine machinery and equipment, report on condition and performance, and plan improvements.
• Carry out planned and preventive maintenance according to agreed schedules.
• Propose and implement mini projects to enhance plant performance, including machinery modifications.

• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, maintenance, or similar manufacturing.
• HND or HNC diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Equivalent qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields, preferably with a manufacturing background.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, chemicals, or related engineering is welcomed.

• Salary up to £53,000 plus bonus £2‑3k annually.
