Founded in the mid-2000s to specialise in energy and environmental projects, we are a global engineering consultancy operating in over 16 countries with over 2,700 professionals worldwide. You could become part of a team delivering high value expertise across major nuclear infrastructure programmes, including Hinkley Point C and Sizewell

Vulcain Engineering UK’s 2 Year Graduate Development Programme offers an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Construction Project Management Graduate at Hinkley Point C, working on-site five days a week.

Graduates are embedded within the Mechanical, Electrical & HVAC Team, where you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of critical construction activities. You will work closely with construction teams to monitor progress, track key milestones, review schedules, identify risks and issues, and help drive corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved safely.

The scheme combines hands‑on project experience with structured training and mentorship to develop key technical, leadership and project management skills. You will gain exposure to stakeholder management, project controls, reporting, and construction delivery, while working towards industry‑recognised qualifications.

As part of one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of major project delivery and build a strong foundation for a successful career in construction project management. Upon completion of the programme, graduates will have a clear pathway to a range of future roles within Vulcain, including Project Management, Construction Management, Project Controls, and other project delivery disciplines.
