Role

Duties & Responsibilities
- Mechanical Engineering Technician

Join a modern, automated factory environment and use your mechanical engineering experience to:

  • Maintain, service, and repair a range of production machinery - including motors, gearboxes, high-speed packaging lines, and conveyors
  • Conduct proactive and reactive mechanical fault finding
  • Lead planned and preventative maintenance activities
  • Drive equipment performance improvements in a world‑class engineering setup
  • Bring a calm, focused, solutions‑driven approach to a fast‑paced environment
What We're Looking For:

Mechanical Engineering Technician
  • NVQ Level 3 / ONC / C&G in Mechanical Engineering (or Armed Forces trade equivalent: REME, RAF, or Royal Navy training)
  • Strong fault‑finding and mechanical repair skills
  • Experience with pneumatics and fast‑moving machinery (advantageous but not essential)
  • A proactive, team‑focused attitude with a hunger to learn and grow
