What will I be doing as an In-house Recruitment Consultant?

We’re looking for an experienced, people‑centred Resourcer/Recruiter to join our in‑house Talent Acquisition team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in a purpose‑driven organisation and help shape the future of our Business Support division.

  • As an In‑house Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle — from attraction and sourcing to interview support and onboarding.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead full life‑cycle recruitment with regards to the recruitment of Loaders and HGV Drivers - plus some office based roles - delivering a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels, using strong communication skills to build long‑term talent pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand workforce needs and shape effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships across the organisation, offering insight and guidance on recruitment best practice.
  • Promote equity, diversity, and inclusion at every stage of the hiring process.

To apply, you should have experience in end‑to‑end recruitment gained either in‑house or within an agency environment.

Adept in stakeholder engagement, employer branding, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience, I hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification in Human Resource Management.
