Yolk Recruitment is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a busy IT Service Desk in Somerset. You will troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests and ensure SLAs are met while delivering excellent customer support.
Candidate with IT Service Desk or Desktop Support background or strong IT foundation and a drive to develop in a fast-paced environment is preferred. On-site role with occasional travel to other sites.
