Corporate/ Commercial Solicitor
Bridgwater Based, Full-time file.
Job Role- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and other corporate transactions
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and other legal documents.
- Provide guidance on restructuring, financing and investment matters.
- Qualified Solicitor.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
