Commercial Property Solicitor
Bridgwater Based, Full-time role.
Job Role- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Manage acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, including offices, retail units, industrial sites, and mixed-use developments.
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, assignments, and subletting.
- Qualified Solicitor, 3 years PQE.
- Strong background in commercial property law, and transactional work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
