Hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm (40 hours)

Showground Business Park, Bridgwater, Somerset About the role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to join a busy trade branch in Bridgwater. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of the trade counter and warehouse, helping to deliver excellent customer service, maintain high operational standards, and drive branch performance. This is a hands-on role within a small, close-knit team of three, ideal for someone who enjoys being customer-facing and is ready to take the next step in their career.
There is genuine progression available , with the previous Assistant Manager having recently been promoted into the Branch Manager role. Key responsibilities Support the Branch Manager in the daily operation of the branch Deliver a high level of customer service at the trade counter
