We are looking for a Trainee Mechanical Wireman
Salary: £13.50 an hour
Location:
Bridgwater, Somerset
Shift: Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm with a long weekend off!
Temporary to permanent contract
JDR is recruiting for a Trainee Mechanical Wireman to work in a manufacturing site in Bridgwater, Somerset.
The Role:- You will be trained in assembling and wiring control/metering panels, working from technical drawings, and using hand tools and workshop machinery.
- Assist in mechanical and electrical assembly of panels.
- Drill, cut, and install components using hand tools and machines (e.g. band saw, pillar drill).
- Wire panels to provided electrical schematics.
- Learn in-house testing procedures
