A fast-growing manufacturing firm based in Bridgwater is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager. The successful candidate will strengthen safety culture and drive continuous improvement across sites. Responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, maintaining risk assessments and overseeing compliance. Candidates should have significant HSE experience in manufacturing along with a NEBOSH Diploma and be able to influence behavior effectively. The role offers a salary of up to £70,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
