Shift Pattern4 on 4 off, 12‑hour shifts, days and nights. 24/7 shift pattern, Average of 42 hours per week

You will be an integral part of your team, ensuring the factory is kept up and running to its highest capacity, and working as part of a well‑regarded, focused maintenance team. You will support both planned and reactive maintenance work throughout our factory on various state‑of‑the‑art equipment including pallet wrappers, shrink wrappers, conveyors, check weighers, palletizers, packaging machinery, processing systems, specialist food processing machinery, silos, pumps, pipework, etc.
Dailytasks
- Working closely with the Engineering Team Leader, responsible for delivering a high‑quality Engineering service.
- Rapidly diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, basic control, and instrumentation faults.
- Completing a full range of maintenance activities across the entire installed asset base within your work area.
- Continuously working to improve performance to deliver site efficiency and performance standards.
- Getting involved with factory improvement projects.
- L3 engineering qualification or time served.
- Multi‑skilled background – either biased.
- Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
- Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
- Experience working on processing equipment: pipework, pumps, silos, turning equipment.
- Further skillset overview: fault finding in panels, sensors, relays, inverters, drives, motors, pumps, pneumatics, and pipework.
