Production Operative

We are looking for a driven Production Operative in Bridgwater area (TA6) for a temporary assignment. 4 on 4 off Shift pattern 2 Days, 2 Nights 4 days off 12 Hour shifts Day: 06:00 to 18:00 & Night: 18:00 to 06:00 Day: £15.04ph (Basic  weekend allowance) Night: £16.54ph (Basic  Night shift & weekend allowance) 12 Hour shifts Day: 06:00 to 18:00 & Night: 18:00 to 06:00 Temporary role with ongoing work Benefits: 22 days holiday, pension and employee benefits platform.

As a Production Operative you will join our large Production team of over 500 colleagues, where you will be working on one of the 27 production lines overseeing the beverage filling machines. The production machines create, fill and package drinks products from smoothies to leading supermarket juices and everything in between. As a Production Operative you will use your hands-on experience with operating machinery to lead changeovers, conduct basic maintenance & fault finding whilst liaising with the engineering team to resolve more complex faults.

Completing all required documentation to maintain full audit readiness whilst working collaboratively as part of a production team to achieve key factory performance. Ideally, you will be an experienced production or process operative with a strong understanding of working in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment . Youll have hands-on experience operating and maintaining production line equipment , carrying out changeovers, basic fault finding, and quality checks in line with company standards.

Confident using IT systems to record production data. Production Operative:
