Process Technician

Location: Chilton Trinity

We are looking for a driven Process Technician in Bridgwater area (TA6) for a temporary assignment. 4 on 4 off Shift pattern 2 Days, 2 Nights 4 days off 12 Hour shifts Day: 06:00 to 18:00 & Night: 18:00 to 06:00 Day: £15.04ph (Basic  weekend allowance) Night: £16.54ph (Basic  Night shift & weekend allowance) 12 Hour shifts Day: 06:00 to 18:00 & Night: 18:00 to 06:00 Temporary role with the potential to go permanent Benefits: 22 days holiday, pension and employee benefits platform.

As a Process Technician , you'll be at the centre of the manufacturing operation, ensuring every batch of juice, smoothie and beverage is produced safely, accurately and to the highest quality standards. No two shifts are the same as a Process Technician , you'll be weighing and mixing ingredients , preparing recipes, carrying out quality checks and making sure production has everything it needs to keep running smoothly whilst working to detailed instructions.

You'll also be involved in handling raw materials, moving ingredients into position and ensuring your work area remains clean, organised and safe throughout your shift. Ideally, you will be someone who enjoys taking ownership and staying one step ahead . You'll manage your own production area, monitor stock levels, plan ahead to avoid downtime and work closely with colleagues to keep production moving efficiently.
