Contract: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)
Hours: 06:45–18:45 & 18:45–06:45
Pay: £13.39 per hour, increasing to £15.91 per hour after 12 weeks

• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
• Learning to set up and operate specialist manufacturing machinery
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Packing, wrapping and preparing finished products for dispatch
• Assisting with machine changeovers and general production duties
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Able to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a rotating 4-on, 4-off pattern
