Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a market-leading manufacturer supplying precision components to the aerospace industry
, based on the outskirts of Bridgwater

This is an excellent opportunity to join a clean, modern manufacturing facility where you'll support the production, assembly and finishing of high-specification aerospace components

Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with previous production, manufacturing or machine operating experience
, as well as those looking to start or develop a career within aerospace manufacturing.

• Operate production machinery and supporting equipment following full training.
• Use hand tools to complete production and assembly tasks.
• Assist with the assembly and finishing of aerospace components.
• Follow production processes and work instructions accurately.
• Carry out tasks to required quality standards.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a team to maintain production efficiency.
• Adapt to changing priorities and learn new production processes.

• Previous production, manufacturing or machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Good manual dexterity and confidence using hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and established production processes.
• Reliable and motivated approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible approach and willingness to learn new skills.
