Production Technician

Location: Chilton Trinity

We are looking for a driven Production Technician to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK based in Bridgwater (TA6). Salary £36,271.07 pa (Basic £32,973.70 with a shift allowance of £3,297.37) 4 on 4 off Shift pattern 2 Days, 2 Nights 4 days off 12 Hour shifts Day: 06:00 to 18:00 & Night: 18:00 to 06:00 Permanent role Benefits: 22 days holiday, pension, healthcare options, and employee benefits platform.

As a Production Technician , you'll be at the centre of the manufacturing operation, ensuring every batch of juice, smoothie and beverage is produced safely, accurately and to the highest quality standards. You'll be joining a fast-paced production environment alongside over 500 colleagues, working across one of 27 high-speed production lines producing well-known brands such as Innocent Smoothies and leading supermarket juices.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of operating and monitoring machinery, carrying out changeovers, basic maintenance and first-line fault finding , while working closely with engineering teams to keep production running efficiently. Ideally, you will be someone who enjoys taking ownership and staying one step ahead . You'll work alongsode a team of collegues to keep production moving efficiently.
