Bridgwater | Temp on Going | £13.50 per hour | Ongoing Opportunities
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer in Bridgwater. This role offers excellent pay rates and the chance to work within a supportive, fast-paced production team.
Key Duties:- Monitor production lines and maintain consistent product quality.
- Carry out checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure all products meet required quality standards.
- Identify and report any faults or inefficiencies.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Work as part of a fast-paced production team.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with two unpaid 30 min breaks.
- Weekly pay.
- Flexible, shift-based work to suit your lifestyle.
- Clean, well-managed production environment.
- Support from Acorn by Synergie's local Yeovil team.
