Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the main quality contact for customers, resolving issues and aligning expectations.
- Lead investigations into complaints and non‑conformances, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support customer audits, supplier quality discussions and cross‑functional problem solving.
- Maintain process risk assessments and implement controls to reduce defects.
- Analyse quality data and support continuous improvement and NPI activities.
- Experience in quality engineering or manufacturing quality roles.
- Strong background in non‑conformance investigation and corrective action.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or similar standards.
- Skilled in problem solving, data analysis and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Organised, proactive and confident working with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain.
Salary: GBP
50,000 – GBP
60,000
25 days + Bank holidays, 37.5 hours, Mon–Fri
