Somerset Larder is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to audit, monitor and improve quality systems across operations. You will support on-ground teams with practical technical guidance while upholding food safety and allergen controls.
This role focuses on allergen management, cross-contamination prevention and accurate labelling compliance. Key responsibilities include sampling, assisting NPD trials, audits, traceability, and supporting external inspections.
