Customer Care Team Member

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Care Team Member to join our store team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll help create a welcoming, solution-focused environment for our members and customers. Working 3 days per week:
Sunday, Monday & Tuesday or Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

Hours:

Part-time, 18 hours per week working 3 days per week (Sunday, Monday & Tuesday or Thursday, Friday & Saturday).

• Deliver consistently outstanding customer service.
• Respond to queries promptly and professionally.
• Support counter duties with confidence and efficiency.
• Answer phone calls in line with company standards.
• Assist with stock control and maintain accuracy.

• Genuine interest in customer service and retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Awareness of Data Protection/GDPR and Health & Safety standards.
• Confident, approachable, self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential.
