Specsavers is seeking a Retail Supervisor in the UK to support store directors in daily retail operations. You will supervise, coach and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance targets.
You will use KPIs to drive sales, manage costs and maximise profits, while ensuring a warm, friendly atmosphere for customers and the team. Previous optics experience is essential for this role.
