As one of the dedicated Drivers, you'll play a key role in keeping communities clean and sustainable. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving modern waste and recycling vehicles safely and professionally
• Supporting the loading and operation of vehicles during rounds
• Collecting household recycling and waste across local routes
• Providing excellent service while always following Health & Safety guidelines and contractual requirements

We're seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and teamwork. Ideally, you will have:

• A passion for professional driving and delivering excellent service
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude
• Experience in the waste industry (desirable, not essential)
• Knowledge of the local area (desirable)
• Experience with waste vehicles (training provided if needed)
