We're now looking for a Transport Clerk to ensure all driver dispatch, debrief, and documentation processes are completed accurately in line with legal, corporate, and customer requirements, while acting as the first point of contact for driver queries to support smooth front line operations.

• Act as the first point of contact for driver queries, escalating issues to first line managers as required
• Maintain accurate data entry and filing in line with compliance and audit requirements
• Support compliance with legal, corporate, and customer requirements for safety, service, and data integrity
• Escalate driver concerns, performance issues, or welfare matters to first line managers as appropriate
• Encourage compliance with site rules, safety standards, and operational procedures during shift interactions
• Dispatch and debrief drivers, ensuring all paperwork and system entries are completed accurately and on time

• Proven administrative experience is required
• Experience working within a Transport Operation (Desirable)
• Excellent IT skills – All Microsoft packages
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail
