Job Summary
GI Group is recruiting Class 1 drivers for an internationally recognised courier client based in Bridgwater (TA6). The company specialises in express road‑based logistics, delivering goods worldwide.
Pay and HoursMonday to Friday, 0900‑1800 shifts. Base rate £18.33 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours is paid at £24.54 per hour, PAYE with holiday pay included.
Responsibilities- Conduct vehicle pre‑checks.
- Manual handling and handball of goods.
- Scanning and loading own vehicle.
- Prioritise workload to meet time commitments.
- Presentable appearance, eye for detail and positive attitude.
- No more than six penalty points.
- Valid and up‑to‑date tachograph and CPC qualifications.
