HGV Class 1 (CE) Driver – Bridgwater Weekly Pay | Block Bookings| Days & Nights IMMEDIATE STARTS Bridgwater Staff Co Direct are recruiting HGV Class 1 (CE) drivers for in Bridgwater. We're looking for both day and night drivers, with regular weekly block bookings available and consistent work on offer. Ad-Hoc positions also available. This is a well-run operation with a modern fleet, friendly transport team, and secure on-site parking.

Pay Rates (PAYE) – Rates are paid as split shifts Mon to Fri Rates 06:00 - 18:00 £ 15.25 plus holiday Pay, or £17.09 including holiday pay 18:00 - 00:00 £ 16.77 plus holiday pay, or £18.79 including holiday pay 00:00 - 06:00 £ 18.29 plus holiday pay, or £20.49 including holiday pay Weekend Rates (PAYE) 06:00 - 18:00 £ 16.77 plus holiday Pay, or £18.79 including holiday pay 18:00 - 00:00 £ 18.29 plus holiday pay, or £20.49 including holiday pay 00:00 - 06:00 £ 19.81 plus holiday pay, or £22.20 including holiday pay What the role involves CE trunking and RDC work onto bays using a modern, well-maintained fleet.

Shifts are typically 8 –12 hours, with 8 hours guaranteed per shift, giving you consistency and reliable earnings week to week. Our ideal candidate Holds a valid HGV Class 1 (CE) licence held for at least 1 years Has a valid CPC and Digi Tacho card Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR or DD codes) Excellent knowledge of the UK road Network Staff Co Direct provides weekly pay, paid induction, an easy online timesheet system, and ongoing support through a dedicated team.
