Warehouse Operative
Location:
Bridgwater (TA6) – Pay: £14-£16 per hour – Duration: 3 years
Madigan Gill are looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Bridgwater (TA6) for a long‑term 3‑year project starting in Late January 2026.
A CSCS Card is essential as the warehouse is supporting construction of a nearby factory.
Role Details- Picking, packing, and preparing orders
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stock checks and general warehouse organisation
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Reliable and punctual
