This is a rare opportunity to join the College of West Anglia (CWA) leading our maths team. We provide high quality teaching and learning opportunities to all our learners, focusing on both functional skills and GCSE maths. Your role will involve providing effective leadership to the maths team, ensuring lecturers develop and deliver engaging resources, driving attendance and achievement and working closely with the wider English, Maths and ESOL team and the wider college.

All Programme Managers benefit from high quality support including bespoke supervisors training, regular conferences on relevant topics, access to peer support and high-quality resources.
