Castle Education is recruiting reliable and adaptable HLTAs to support schools with day to day classroom cover and learning support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. This role is ideal for those seeking flexibility, regular local work, or a better work-life balance.

As an HLTA, you will:

• Deliver planned lessons or learning activities provided by the teacher
• Support pupils’ learning and behaviour management effectively
• Assist with small group or whole class activities
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies
• Provide brief feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day

You can choose the year groups and days that suit your availability.

• HLTA status or equivalent experience in a school setting
• Recent experience supporting learning in Primary schools
• Confidence to adapt quickly to new classroom settings
