Secondary Learning Support Assistant Bridlington | £15–£18 per hour | Flexible Opportunities Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or Education Professional looking for a new opportunity in Bridlington? Castle Education are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Learning Support Assistants to work across schools in Bridlington and the surrounding areas, supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4.
Whether you are looking for day to day supply, regular work or a longer term placement, we can help you find opportunities that fit around your experience, preferences and availability.
The Role- Supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4
- Working alongside teachers to support learning
- Providing one to one and small group support
- Helping pupils to engage with their learning
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Helping pupils develop their confidence and independence
- Supporting classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Adapting support to meet individual pupil needs
Working closely with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress
