Band 5 Registered General Nurse required for an ongoing opportunity within General Nursing in Bridlington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse with a passion for holistic, trauma-informed care and experience in community-based support and addiction work. • Provide trauma-informed care, supporting OST pathways including methadone, buprenorphine, and depot preparations such as Buvidal
• Deliver harm reduction interventions including naloxone training and overdose prevention
• Monitor mental and physical health, identifying early signs of deterioration and escalating concerns appropriately
• Participate in multi-agency planning with GPs, CMHTs, social care, and other services
• Use motivational interviewing and psychosocial approaches to enhance patient engagement
• Document and communicate clinical information accurately using systems such as Systm One
• Respond to unplanned presentations and manage crisis situations effectively
• Apply desired clinical skills including venepuncture, routine blood monitoring, and ECG recording
