Supported Living Manager - Bridlington and Hull
Full‑time position in the Bridlington and Hull regions, responsible for leading supported living and community services for individuals with complex needs, including autism and behaviours of concern. During the transition period you will report to the Registered Manager for Bridlington & Hull, and thereafter directly to the Head of Operations.
Responsibilities- Provide clear direction and inspiration to teams, ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality delivery of care.
- Lead the delivery of person‑centred care that promotes dignity, wellbeing and independence.
- Line‑manage and develop Cluster Managers and Support Workers, overseeing rosters, payroll, supervision, annual leave and all HR processes.
- Drive continuous improvement through audits, embedding policies and meeting all legislative, regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Deliver on KPIs, budgets and occupancy targets, and reduce agency usage through effective workforce planning.
- Foster a values‑led culture, retain talent, build engagement and maintain safe resourcing levels.
- Ensure facilities are well‑managed, compliant and provide safe, high‑quality settings.
- NVQ Level 5 qualification or above.
- Full driver’s licence with no more than 6 points and Class 1 business insurance (expenses paid).
- Registered Manager’s Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
- Willingness to work flexibly and keep knowledge and skills up to date.
- Values aligned to the organisation and display associated behaviours.
- Willing to travel across Supported Living settings within the region.
- 1 year experience as a Registered Manager (required).
- Driving licence (preferred).
- NVQ Level 5 (required).
