Due to an increase in production, we are looking to recruit immediately for the following roles:

• Encapsulation Production Operators – Day and Night Shifts
• Manufacturing Production Operators – Day and Night Shifts
• Soft Gel Production Operators – Day and Night Shifts
• Quality Assurance Operators – Night Shifts
• Packing Hall Operators – Early and Late Shifts
• Warehouse Operators – Day, Night, Early and Late Shifts

• Day Shifts – Four days on, four days off: 6am – 6pm
• Night Shifts – Four days on, four days off: 6pm – 6am
• Early Shifts – Monday – Friday: 6am – 2pm
• Late Shifts – Monday – Friday: 2pm – 10pm

• Starting rate:
  Grade 1 - £12.25 per hour
• Pay Increases:
  Increase rate of pay through movement through our grading structure, up to £14.25 per hour, Grade 7, in some areas
• Shift Premiums: £0.50 per hour for Late Shift and £1.00 per hour for Night Shift
• Quarterly Bonus Scheme

Innovations in Nutrition and Wellness, have a factory tour and apply for one of the positions above. Interviews will occur during the sessions, and job offers will be made the very next day, with start dates commencing on Monday 12th January 2025.

Tuesday 6th January 2025

• Session 1 – 9:00am to 12:00pm
• Session 2 – 1:00pm to 4:00pm

Wednesday 7th January 2025

• Session 3 – 9:00am to 12:00pm
• Session 4 – 1:00pm to 4:00pm
