Production Operative

As a Production Operative, you'll play an important part in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced production environment where attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork are essential.

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Setting up equipment for production runs
• Weighing, measuring, and blending ingredients
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch
• Completing production documentation accurately
• Following strict hygiene, health and safety, and GMP procedures
• Assisting with equipment cleaning and housekeeping standards

• Clean, modern manufacturing facility

• Strict hygiene and quality standards
• Working across manufacturing, encapsulation, softgel, and packing departments
• PPE provided and required at all times

• Standing for extended periods during 12‑hour shifts
• Manual handling of raw materials and finished goods
• Repetitive production tasks
• Working at pace to meet production targets
• Supporting cleaning and maintenance activities

• 4 On / 4 Off Days or Nights
• Days: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Nights: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am

  Shift: From £13.75 per hour
• Structured pay progression up to £15.00 per hour through training and development
