Teaching Personnel is working closely with a number of welcoming and supportive schools in Bridport who are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams. We have a range of part-time and long-term opportunities available, primarily within primary schools
, with some roles also available in middle school settings
.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is looking for stability, flexibility, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the classroom.

Position Details:

• Role: Teaching Assistant
• Location: Bridport and surrounding areas
• School Types: Mainly primary schools, with some middle school opportunities
• Start Date: Immediate and ongoing
• Contract: Part-time and long-term roles available
• Pay: Competitive daily rates, paid weekly via PAYE

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience supporting children in a school or similar setting
• Is confident working in a classroom environment and supporting pupils’ learning
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Is flexible, reliable, and committed to long-term placements
• Is happy to work across primary and middle school settings when required
• Can drive (preferably) and travel to local schools
