Cleaner St Mary's CE Primary School

Position

Cleaner (Part‑Time, Temporary until 31 August 2027) at St Mary's CE Primary School, Bridport.

Salary: £9,533 per annum (Grade 1, SCP
3), paid in equal monthly instalments.

Hours:

15 hours per week, 5:00 pm–8:00 pm, Monday–Friday, 43 weeks per year.

Closing date: 31 August 2026.

• Perform cleaning duties across the school premises, including deep cleans during holidays.
• Assist with locking and alarming the school after final cleaning activities.
• Work as part of a team and support term‑time operational needs.

• Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check in line with government safer recruitment guidelines.
• Right to work in the UK; proof required during appointment process.
• Experience in cleaning and/or a safe working environment is desirable.
