Residence Supervisor (W/M/X)

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure that staff members and students evolve in a safe, secure and comfortable environment while maintaining high standards and respecting the rules & regulations set by the management.
• Act as a mediator between school management and students due to the responsibilities which occur around the clock and 7 days a week
• Carry out building and room checks through in-person control or CCTV
• Apply fire evacuation procedures. Operate the fire alarm panels and ensure the maintenance of Fire safety equipment
• Provide basic first aid in case of emergencies and be fully aware of procedures for emergency transport (Taxi vs Ambulance)
• Report any incidents, sickness or injuries using the correct operational standard report format and informing relevant people.
• Issue equipment and keys to students/staff as per standard operational procedures
• Receive and process visitors on campus as per visitor policy - issuing visitor passes, meal vouchers and any other documentation to visitors entering or leaving the building

Skills :

• Fluent in English, French and German a strong asset
• Driving license (mandatory)
• Ability to communicate and understand students from different cultures and to maintain a professional attitude in stressful and challenging situations
• Excellent presentation
• Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• First Aid Certificate an asset
• Empty criminal record
• Flexibility to work during nights, weekends and bank holidays
