Our Assistant Branch Managers eagerly assist members and prospective members with consumer loans, run day-to-day branch operations and ensure members are promptly and professionally served. They will actively partner with the Branch Manager to support credit union strategic initiatives.
Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information- 1120 South Main Street Brigham City, Utah 84302
- Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Guaranteed Base Wage + Bonus + Generous Commission Schedule + Incentive
- Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
- Trains, motivates, and coaches branch staff on credit union policy, procedure and philosophy.
- Partner with Branch Manager to develop methods to track and measure branch goals and productivity.
- Partner with employees to create career path opportunities.
- Ensure policy and procedure are being followed and company standards are being met.
- Provide consistent member follow-up.
- Comply with all regulations as required by law.
- Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - 1 – 2 years management experience
- Financial experience preferred
