Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for understanding, communicating, and executing the Autoliv quality policy concerning quality engineering. They will communicate and support quality strategies, train and develop staff, and report on production quality issues.

• Report to Plant Quality Manager
• Coordinate the hiring and onboarding process for new quality staff and seasonal interns
• Provide training for quality staff and ensure training materials are current
• Report staff performance regularly and conduct performance reviews for direct reports
• Attend production startup meetings to communicate quality concerns and support production teams
• Coordinate problem solving for customer quality concerns, interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams
• Escalate product and process concerns from production to management as necessary
• Support launches of new products, customer changes, and CFTs
• Act on customer rating and scorecard improvements
• Provide coverage for the quality manager during absences, including management meetings, customer communications, and quality escalations
• Assist in quality audits
• Perform other duties as assigned

• B.S. Degree from an accredited university, preferably in engineering or statistics
• 8+ years of experience, with at least 4 in a supervisory role preferred
• Willingness to work after hours as needed
