Why We’re HiringWe are building a new team and seeking experienced Quality Control Inspectors to ensure products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and customer specifications.
MissionTo safeguard product quality by performing thorough testing, measurement, and inspection, ensuring compliance with AWS D1.1 and customer requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Perform ultrasonic testing (UT II Shearwave) and weld inspections on fabricated products.
- Read and interpret blueprints to verify compliance with design specifications.
- Measure dimensions and ensure products meet required tolerances.
- Verify, document, and report that finished products meet customer specifications and AWS D1.1 standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Proven experience in blueprint reading and layout.
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.
- UT Level II Shearwave certification.
- Prior experience in structural steel fabrication or tower manufacturing.
