• Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring at least five items per bag without damage.
• Follow best practices for reusable, plastic, and paper bags.
• Assist customers with loading bags into their vehicle.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.
• Clean spills, pick up trash inside the store and parking lot, and maintain all store areas.
• Handle seasonal merchandise, conduct price checks, and return items to shelves.
• Adhere to all safety programs, food safety regulations, and company guidelines.
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflict in a nonconfrontational manner.
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

• Customer service and effective communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
