We’re working with a well-established business based at their head office in Brighouse who are looking to bring in an organised and reliable Administrator to support their busy service team.

This is a varied, hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of an office and keeping things running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing :

• Handling incoming calls and managing email enquiries

• Coordinating meetings, travel and engineer diaries

• Updating reports (mainly using Excel)

• Supporting with basic invoicing, expenses and timesheets

• Creating service reports with strong attention to detail

• General office support including ordering supplies and admin tasks

• Welcoming visitors and managing small deliveries

What’s on offer:

• Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience

• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

• Early finish every Friday (2:30pm)

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm
Friday 8.30am – 2.30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

Skills:

• Strong IT Skills. Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook), ERP Systems and client portals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to confidently communicate at all levels.

• Ability to manage, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administration role.

Additional Information:

• 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays

• Free on-site parking

• 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

• Salary Guide: £25K + dependent on experience
