Job title - Senior Export Administrator
Salary – £35,000 to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours of work – Full time, permanent – Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Location – Brighouse, West Yorkshire

- Managing the end-to-end export administration process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
- Delivering exceptional customer service to international customers and distributors, managing inbound and outbound communications
- Preparing and processing export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and shipping documents
- Coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, customers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and export procedures
- Applying and interpreting Incoterms accurately when processing customer orders and shipments
- Monitoring export activities and resolving shipping or documentation issues efficiently
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance service levels
- Supporting colleagues across the business and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
- Undertaking any other reasonable tasks as requested by senior management, approached with enthusiasm and a proactive attitude
- A minimum of 3–5 years experience in an export administration role
- A strong understanding of Incoterms and international export documentation
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
- A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to identify improvements and drive better performance
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work successfully within a small team
- A positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to support others and take ownership of responsibilities
