  • Help us continuously improve our manufacturing processes

No two days are exactly the same, and every day offers the opportunity to develop new technical skills.

What they are looking for:

  • Practical experience in a production or mechanical environment, setting and operating machinery
  • A strong commitment to safety and product quality
  • Experience using hand tools (e.g. Allen keys, hammers, screwdrivers)
  • Confidence with basic digital tools, such as on-screen and tablet-based systems
  • An adaptable, driven and team-focused attitude, genuinely open to learning new technology and better ways of working
  • Curiosity about innovation and AI, with ideas for doing things better
  • The ability to work all three rotating shifts (early, late and night)

If you also have the following, that's great, but they can train you if not:

  • Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
  • Forklift truck (FLT) licence
  • AI literacy
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or production, ideally welding automation or mesh making in another sector

If you’re practical, dependable and enjoy learning, they’d like to hear from you.

They’re much more interested in your attitude than your previous job title.
