Location: Brighton and Hove
1st Formations is seeking a Credit Control Manager to own the end-to-end collections for the Accounting Service with the autonomy to design and run the process.
This hands-on role focuses on recurring contractual payments, resolving arrears, and building a scalable collections function as the Accounting Service grows, with hybrid working and strong growth plans.
You will collaborate with Accounting, Onboarding, Customer Service and Finance to ensure timely collections and clear communications.
