Type: 12-month contract, potential to become permanent
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)
Requirements:- 3+ years EA/Business Partner experience
- Skills in project coordination, diary management, travel arrangements, CRM maintenance, and PowerPoint presentations
- Adaptable, resourceful, organised, proactive, excellent communicator
- High-level EA support to different consultants
- As a float EA you are required to cover different departments and consultants, getting a feel for the business as a whole
- Project coordination
- Diary and inbox management
- CRM/database updates
- Producing presentations and document packs
