You will specialise in senior-level technology and commercial mandates, engaging directly with game-changers, founders, and C-suite leaders.

Your role will combine:

• Deep market research and mapping across global talent landscapes
• Strategic outreach to high-profile executives
• Relationship building with world-class institutions
• End-to-end management of complex search processes
• Commercial ownership of revenue and promotion milestones

You will develop the ability to analyse markets like an academic researcher, communicate like a strategist, and operate with the commercial acumen of a trusted adviser.

Over time, you will become a recognised subject matter expert within your vertical, advising clients not simply on hiring, but on competitive positioning through talent.
