Product Delivery Consultant

As a Product Management Consultant in our Domains UK business, you'll help some of the UK's leading organisations shape, build, and transform digital products and services. You'll work at the heart of major transformation programmes, helping clients adopt product-led ways of working and delivering solutions that make a genuine difference to users.

Our team is made up of passionate product professionals who thrive on solving complex challenges, collaborating across disciplines, and championing customer-centric thinking. Whether you're acting as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or trusted advisor, you'll play a key role in helping clients deliver successful products while contributing to the growth of our internal product community.

Beyond client delivery, you'll have the opportunity to shape our Product Management capability, share expertise, mentor colleagues, and help define how we continue to evolve as a practice.

This is a hybrid role, combining time spent at Capgemini offices, client locations, and home.

As a Product Management Consultant, you will:

• Lead products through their entire lifecycle, from discovery and business case development to launch, optimisation, and growth.
• Turn user insights, customer needs, and strategic objectives into compelling product visions, roadmaps, and prioritised backlogs.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams including UX designers, researchers, engineers, architects, change specialists, and operational teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
• Use data, performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions and measure success.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels, building alignment around product priorities and outcomes.
• Help grow our Product Management community by sharing best practices, coaching colleagues, and developing new approaches and methods.

You'll bring:

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Consultant within industry or consulting environments.
• A strong understanding of Agile delivery and modern product development practices.
• The ability to translate complex challenges into clear priorities and actionable plans.
• Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills, including facilitating workshops, influencing decisions, and navigating ambiguity with confidence.
• A user-first mindset, balanced with commercial thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Energy, curiosity, and a collaborative approach that helps create an engaging and inclusive team culture.
